Returns & Exchanges

At Luxe by Kan, we strive for perfection in every order, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original, unused condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Luxe by Kan shipping box, ensuring all protective dust bags, authenticity cards, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
