1. Apply Nº.0 to dry hair, lightly saturating from root to tip. Hair should be damp, not soaked. Let it sit for ten minutes. Do not rinse.
2. Apply a generous amount of Nº.3 to the damp hair, comb through, and leave on for at least ten minutes. Rinse, then shampoo and condition.
